We offer a range of payroll options and services for existing and new employers
New employers are offered guidance and assistance setting up the payroll scheme with HMRC. We will also help you decide how best to manage your payroll and will guide you through the steps needed to take on and make payments to your new employees.
For new and existing employers we will help you meet all your payroll obligations by:
- Providing the documents and guidance to enable you to take on your first and subsequent employees
- Processing your payroll either weekly or monthly (other pay periods are available), calculating tax and other deductions and reporting these to you together with the amounts you need to pay for wages to your employees
- Sending you payslips for each employee
- Advising you at each payroll month end how much you need to pay to HMRC for your PAYE, National Insurance and other deductions
- Submitting your Real Time (RTI) reports to HMRC on or before each payroll payment date
- Submitting your other payroll reports as required throughout and at the end of each payroll year
- Preparing and submitting electronically to HMRC your annual employee benefits (P11d) returns

Workplace Pensions
Whether you are an existing employer or employing people for the first time we will assist you with you Workplace Pension and Auto Enrolment obligations. You can find out more information about this service here.
The following additional services are included free of charge exclusively to our Payroll Premium clients:
PAYE payments – We arrange your PAYE payments by direct debit to HMRC each month, providing added convenience, saving you time, and ensuring your payments are processed correctly and on time.
Employee Statutory Pay & Holiday and Absentee Management – We help you manage your employees by:
- maintaining your employee holiday records
- keeping a record of sickness and other absences
- helping you with Statutory Payments including Maternity/Paternity entitlement
Payroll of Benefits – we will arrange for any employee benefits to be accounted for within their payroll. This ensures your employees keep informed and up to date with any benefits they receive and pay for these throughout the year (where applicable) rather than at the end of the year. It also means that you don’t have to issue a P11d to them each year.
